Data Conversion
- Define and manage the conversion plan
- Clarify conversion design specifications through discussions with users
- Liaise with MIS specialists
- Create and use data conversion tools (e.g. scripts, reports, screens)
- Define testing strategy
- Define conversion tests
- Oversee testers in their use of data conversion tools
- Co-ordinate enhancements to data conversion tools
- Co-ordinate deliveries to users and ITMB staff
